Quintiles Transnational employs a global workforce in 38 countries providing new medicines, market research, medical data and technology and services to the healthcare sector.

They needed to deliver their unique and rich Computer Based Training across the web to many thousands of employees in many locations. After a lengthy search using a consultant company they chose WBT Manager™ as the LMS to drive this initiative. Via WBT Manager, Quintiles has a global and regional picture of who has done the training and who just went in for a quick browse before quitting.

The system has now been fully rolled out and is in use 24 x 7.
