• What tools are recommended for developing WBT to use under WBT Manager?

Any development tool that can produce HTML or another type of file that can be launched in a browser from a URL will work with WBT Manager. In order to use the more sophisticated tracking and reporting functions, the lessons developed need to adhere to the AICC or SCORM specifications for passing information between the WBT lesson and the CMI.
