Version affected:
v1.70.
Contents:
This upgrade patch
includes a number of bug fixes for the batch maintenance module.
- M2004102201- Batch
maint control program cannot reset notification start timestamp
The maintenance control program was using the wrong group name when saving
the "Next notification period starts at:" data field on the
"Misc" tab. This prevented the maintenance batch program
from retrieving the value set by the user. This has been corrected. Also
discovered and corrected during testing:
- Days to repeat
warnings for approaching certificate and course expiration were being
reset on the "Central Notification" tab.
- Days to repeat
warning for approaching certificate expiration was using the wrong
keyword name and was not being passed to the batch maintenance program.
- M2004102202 - Batch
maint module sends duplicate warning notices.
When the maintenance module was set to send warning notices to students
for approaching certificate and course expiration dates the module was
sending repeated notices every day even when the option to send repeat
notices was not checked. This has been corrected. Also discovered and
corrected during testing:
- Warning notification
code for pending certificate and course expiration was not looking
forward the specified number of days (1 too few days).
