Error running Site Configuration Utility. Cannot load "comdlg32.ocx".

Symptoms:
When an attempt is made to launch the Site
Configuration Utility (utilities\site_configuration\wbtmconfig.exe) an error
occurs indicating that the operating system is unable to load
"comdlg32.ocx".
Cause:
Some systems may
not have the ActiveX component comdlg32.ocx already
installed. This component is used by the utility to display tabbed dialogs.
In prior versions of WBT Manager an installation set was provided to install
this component if necessary. The installation set for comdlg32.ocx
was inadvertantly left out of the WBT Manager installation set for
version 1.70.
Correction:
The missing files have been added to the WBT
Manager version 1.70 installation set. If you downloaded your copy of WBT
Manager 1.70 prior to May 30, 2003 you will need to get the missing files
from this patch.
