Navbar buttons have dithered background on some systems

NOTE: Do not apply this patch if you have customized the navigation bar button graphics.
Symptoms:
On some systems, the background color of several of the navigation bar buttons does not match the navigation bar background color because of dithering. This is most noticable if the client system is set to 256 colors but may occur under other color settings with some video display adaptors.
Correction:
The affected graphic files have been reprocessed to remove the dithered background.
This patch contains updated versions of the affected button gif files (dated 9/27/2002 2:00 - 2:23 PM ).
After unzipping the patch file to a temporary directory, copy the gif files to the images directory of your WBT Manager web installation.
It is not necessary to re-start the web-server although you may need to clear the browser cache to see the changes.
